"Whatcha thinkin' About?"
I've been tagged by Jill of Bailiwick Designs to share six unknown random things about myself. The rules are: 1. Link back to the person who tagged you. 2. Post these rules on your blog. 3. Share 6 unimportant things about yourself. 4. Tag people at the end of your entry.
So here goes...
1. I don't wear perfume or high heels. I've always been allergic to perfume, and I have to wear comfortable shoes. I guess I've always believed in comfort before fashion.
2. I am not a phone person. I'd rather email anyday. I do call my mom everyday and chat to just check in with her, but I really don't like talking for long periods of time to friends or family.
3. My closets are all full of stuff and don't open one or you might get hit on the head! I'm terrible about keeping my drawers and closets organized. Even after I clean one out, it is only a matter of time before it's messy again. I am so unlike my dad's mom...she was always neat and tidy..cleaned something different everyday of her life! She had the same schedule each day...ugh..I could never do that! I'm more like my other grandmother, Bertha. Her house was always dusty and full of dog hair! Now that's my style...although I do enjoy a clean house and admire those that can keep up with it all. I just don't have TIME ENOUGH to worry about it. So why do I always feel like I have to apologize for that??
4. I love old and new bookstores. I just love the ambiance and can spend hours in them. We have a store here in town called Henrietta's Attic...OLD OLD OLD books and papers and junk to the ceiling...I fit right in there. I could live there with Henrietta...LOL No, not really, not enough room for both of us!
5. I hate taking the dishes out of the dishwasher!!!!! I hate doing laundry!!! I hate cleaning the bathrooms!!! I hate people who are always complaining!!! LOL
6. I watch cooking shows! I NEVER used to and thought people were just nuts to be addicted to them. I now watch that Italian girl show(can't think of the name), Paula Deen, and the Barefoot Contessa...my favorites. I rarely cook anything gourmet, but I like watching them.

Lots of similarities here! I can't wear high heels anymore since I broke my ankle, but I only wore them occasionally anyway. And I too dislike the telephone - even when I was a teenager! And I love love love bookstores.

This proves it! We must be related! Everything on your list could have been written by me with one exception....I don't hate laundry. In fact I kind of enjoy doing it!
We are too alike. Holy Moly!! I can put dishes in the dishwasher with no problem.......take them out???hate it.
I'm sorry I have not done the award on my blog that you so graciously gave me. I get so nervous about picking out of the wonderful blogs who to send one too...then I can't do anything.
