Humidity blues

I'm not a summer person, are you?

I just love cool weather and dread the heat. I never feel as creative in the summer either. I find myself wanting to read instead or play on the computer, but actual creating? Not much happening in my studio...other than a mess getting dustier by the second.

I did make a paper doll this week. I call her "FLEURISH".

I used a big pink vintage flower and for her legs I saw my old beaded flowers and since I'd used most of them, there was that old ragged stem glaring out at me. Yes, that would do fine for her legs...



I feel like I'm a lazy blogger. I don't feel like adding lots of pics and taking a lot of time to make this post magical. Gosh I really love reading other's blogs, but don't love working on my own.

Anyhow, here is Miss. Fleurish...and I hope you all are enjoying the summer and staying COOL.
