I'll take my pink with a touch of red...

My great niece, McKenzie...a true blue PINK LOVER...like me....BUT

I love to add a little RED to my world too.

With pillows...

plates...

old books...this one is Essays by Benjamin Franklin...falling apart but I just love it...

Window boxes...I love dragonwing begonias in both pink and red!

Aren't these handmade clothes hangers adorable??!! I won these from Char at Someplace in *Thyme

She made strawberry shaped sachets that tie on each of them and smell like lavender!!!So so sweet and pretty! Thank-you Char! I love them!!!

I find pink flowers are wonderful, but add some red ones, and they will POP!

My red toile clock on my red kitchen walls...I've never tired of my red walls...going on 15 years now!

Finding Somerset Gallery in my mailbox and seeing my red toile paperdoll featured...made my day!

I called her "Yours With Eyes Of Love" because she begged me not to throw her away. You see I accidentally glued her brads on her so her arms and legs wouldn't move...into the trash she went, until the next day I saw her staring up at me...so off she went to Somerset instead! See, she knew she was worthwhile.

Finally, my sweet ruby girl ROSE....she had five gorgeous ruby pups this week...note the PINK Puppy pen!

Yes, I have two litters here now...all spoken for so please don't think I'm trying to advertise them here....just sharing their photos. I rarely ever have two litters at one time, way too much work!!! But somehow it happened this year...Three girls and two boys...all as cute as can be and Rose is a wonderful mom. Will post new pics of them all again soon!

So, to end this post, enjoy your Pink Saturday, but also add a little red to your life to perk up that pink!

My son Kevin, the High School Graduate!!!

Graduated Summa Cum-Laude. I love him in red, but most of all I just love him...he is the best son imaginable.

Okay, Betzie - you already had me loving your pinks and thrilled about your contribution to Somerset Gallery. Then I saw the puppies and I went crazy! They are absolutely adorable - so sweet! So is their Mommy who looks so contented with them beside her. Happy Pink Saturday!

I adore your montage of reds and pinks! I have red in some form or another throughout my decorating. My greatest find was my living room couches. The perfect combination of my three favorites...red, pink and French Country.

I will be featuring your beautiful soaps on my blog I'll let you know when I do.

Sweet wishes,
Sara
